Writing well. A lost art sinking into a sea of technology.

Technology has provided the world with a great many things. We all know what they are, so I don’t have to mention them (Candy Crush, “Breaking Bad” reruns on Netflix). One of the things, however, that technology has not improved is writing. Between text communication and social media, great writing — or even, correct writing — has largely been relegated to novelists, your high school English teacher, and a few talented bloggers.

Big Harvest Creative takes a hard line against this notion. We do not accept the incorrect “yours,” “theirs,” and “its,” even on Facebook, and intend to march on Washington in protest just as soon as we get around to it. We believe in the power of words and the elegance of a well-crafted phrase. We’re convinced that the world is full of rich, valuable, and as yet untold stories and it’s our job to tell them, whether through web copy or magazine features.

Here are a few samples of our writing.
